Located within the Gîtes Anjoués estate, The Coco Gîte was completely renovated in 2023. You can enjoy a region rich in tourist attractions, including Loire Valley châteaux, the vineyards of Bourgueil, Saumur and Chinon, troglodyte sites, the cadre noir equestrian center in Saumur, the national tank museum, and the zoos of La Flèche and Doué-la-fontaine, Le Mans motor racing circuit. You can recharge your batteries with long walks in the surrounding woods or simply relax in the garden. The space The studio comprises a living area with a fully equipped kitchen (combination ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher, extractor hood, fridge, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle) with a dining area, and a lounge area with flat-screen TV, and a shower room with a walk in shower and toilets. The mezzanine sleeping area, with a maximum ceiling height of 1.60m is accessible by a ladder and is ideal for a young couple. The accomodation is air-conditionned. Outside the cottage features an enclosed garden and a terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, a parasol and sun loungers. Secure parking is available on site. Wifi Internet connection (fiber optic) is provided. Beds are made upon arrival, and towels are provided. End-of-stay cleaning is included.
