Breton house full of character

We invite you to relax in this 17th century character house, completely renovated, located near the forest of Brocéliande, next to the Nantes-Brest Canal, the Abbey of Timadeuc and the small towns of Josselin, Malestroit, Rochefort-en-Terre, and 40 minutes from the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Morbihan. You will appreciate the quiet environment, the sunny terrace, the modernity of the living room/kitchen and the comfort of the bedrooms. Enjoy your stay! The space The house includes, on the ground floor, in addition to a separate toilet, a kitchen open to the sitting area that will allow you to spend warm evenings with family or friends. The sofa is convertible. Upstairs, you will appreciate the comfort of the shower room with toilet, and the two bedrooms, one with a dressing room. The outdoor area with table and armchairs will welcome you to enjoy the beautiful Breton climate. Please let us know if you have any questions or need photos. Guest access Guests have access to the entire townhouse, and the outdoor area with terrace. If necessary, and only on request, we have a room, located near the accommodation, to store your bikes. Other things to note Bed linen is provided as well as bath towels.
