A value for money and comfortable double room. The room offers double bed with your own ensuite shower room, a smart TV and kettle. We do not offer Luxury, but clean and comfortable amenities for short break around Swansea. The property offers hand liquid soap but do not provide showering toiletries. Towels and bedding are both provided. The room can accommodate 2 people. ** Focus on Location, Convenience as we do not offer any Luxury ** The space Rooms are part of an old house built around the year 1900 located in Sketty with good transport links. The property is an 8 minutes walk to Singleton Hospital and Swansea University, 1/2 a mile from the beach. Bus links to shopping district, wind street bars & clubs. From the exterior, Building is very old and dated, hence we do not open use of front yard or garden to guests (Guests are renting the room Only). Guest access Guest can retrieve main door keys from a lock box located at the entrance. Code to the lock box will be provided on the day of arrival by 12pm. During your stay Host is available on messaging platform on either; Mobile Messaging or AirBnb Messaging portal until 10pm. Other things to note Guests are reserving individual rooms with its own bathroom only. We do not offer access to garden or certain common areas as they fall outside the available rented areas. Please do not enter the garden or the back house as they belong to different occupant and are not under our responsibility.
