The Kulshan House

The Kulshan House is a beautiful, quiet retreat house. It has two large bedrooms and a private bunkhouse with accommodation for up to 8 guests. The house sits on over 2 acres of forested land. It’s quiet, relaxing, close to Mt Baker, with endless trails and rivers nearby, and great local restaurants too! Fast fiber internet lets you get work done if needed. And a sprawling covered deck with a BBQ and comfy furniture. The space Our cabin is actually 2 cabins for the price of one. The main cabin has a kitchen, 2 bedrooms with queen-sized beds (also a pull-out bed in the living room), full laundry, a mud room, and a living room. Plus a bunkhouse! The bunkhouse easily sleeps 2 adults but also has a futon. There is also a 1/2 bathroom. It's perfect for the kids or anyone who wants more privacy. Wrap-around deck with covered sitting area and grill to enjoy immersion in the forest of cedar and pine trees. Fire pit with seating to enjoy the outdoors in the colder months! Guest access You will receive a text with the front door code. Other things to note Our neighborhood is quiet but you may hear noise from the nearby Highway...particularly in the morning. Be sure to close your windows at night if you are sensitive to traffic noise. Bears are not uncommon here. Please leave garbage inside the house. Our neighborhood is very friendly and I always make a point to walk around at some point in the evening. Don't be surprised if you meet other friendly folks doing the same.
