A private, & autonomous villa set on a hill with gorgeous sea views, located in Kato Daratso, ensures a high-quality vacation with amenities that provide you the perfect getaway. The space Star Luxury Villa is a private three-story residence in Kato Daratso, set on a hillside with beautiful sea views.  The villa offers six comfortable bedrooms with king-size beds, spread across three levels. Some rooms have ensuite bathrooms and private balconies with sea views, while others open to the backyard. There is also a spacious office room with a sofa bed(that can be used at an extra cost), a gym, and a bathroom with two showers. The kitchen comes with all modern appliances, next to a dining and living area with a smart TV. Outside, guests can enjoy the swimming pool with sun loungers, perfect for relaxing under the Cretan sun. A shaded dining area with a BBQ is ideal for evenings with family and friends, while children can spend time safely in the playground or the kids’ pool. Secure private parking is also available on site. The pool can be heated upon request with 3-4 days’ notice for an additional fee. The water temperature can reach 25 to 26°C, depending on weather conditions. Pet Policy Pets are welcome under certain conditions. Up to two small pets (under 7 kg) are allowed, provided they are clean, vaccinated, and well-behaved. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after them and preventing any damage. A refundable deposit of €200 is required, and basic pet amenities such as bowls and a dog bed are provided. *From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night from April to October and 4€ per night from November to March.
