Separate entry apartment with sauna use on lovely dead end street in Hampton Bays! This apartment is a walk down basement unit and features entryway, living room with pull out couch, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with tub, and a kitchenette. Access to outdoor wood burning sauna included! Wifi and Smart TV also included! This is an owner occupied home with small children so price reflects some noise! But if that doesn’t bother you, then come join us! The space Walk down into a little oasis. Separate entry gate leads to your own front door. Walk into the unit entryway and into our open floor plan living room and kitchenette. Kitchenette boasts full sized fridge and sink, microwave and a two burner induction stove! Other kitchen amenities include a toaster oven, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, and toaster! We also have dishes, glasses and cutlery! Off the living room is one bedroom with queen sized bed, egress window and ample closet. Off the kitchenette is a bathroom with a full tub and shower. The cedar barrel wood burning sauna is located out back and we provide everything you need for it including instructions on how to fire it up! Private use of the yard during your stay illuminated by copious amounts of twinkle lights throughout. Guest access Apartment, yard, sauna! Other things to note You cannot book this unit for someone else. Guest that makes the booking is the guest that is staying. Late checkout without advance approval from owner will incur a fee of $50 per hour.
