The space The ecologically sustainable wooden house has been plastered with lime inside and painted with lime paint. The floor coverings are made of natural slate or white-glazed spruce wood. It has underfloor heating and an oven. The floor area on the first floor is 51 square meters, plus two gallery levels with around 20 and 5 square meters of floor area. Two separate bedrooms are available. One in the west (first floor), double bed 160 x 200 cm, a second on a gallery level, with a view of the starry sky, here there are two single beds each 90 x 200 cm available. Below the sleeping gallery, a work area with LAN access is available on the first floor. The 5.50 m high ceiling in the living room is outstanding. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, there is a sofa, armchair and TV. In the living room, there is a ladder access to the second large loft, which can be used as a retreat or yoga room. In the bathroom with toilet, sink, floor-level shower and sauna, there is a terrace access to the outdoor shower. Guest access Independent check-in using a code for the key box, available 24/7. Two free parking spaces are available. Other things to note The village of Immerath has approx. 250/300 inhabitants, a very quiet location. There is an access road to our vacation home, which is not a thoroughfare!
