We are in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to trails, close to shopping areas & I-25. Host lives upstair and is available to assist & would like to make your stay confortable & enjoyable. The space This new guest suite offers a private retreat for your stay in Greeley. It features 2 bedrooms, a living room, one full bathroom and a bar style kitchenette. It can comfortably accommodate 2 adults and two children. Master bedroom has a queen size bed. Second room has two twin bunk beds and a twin inflatable mattress. An extra queen size sleeper sofa is also available in the living room. Please NOTE this 480 sft suite has a total size comparable to a standard hotel room (300 sft). It’s NOT a full house/Apt with full kitchen. This accommodation is suitable for travelers looking for the confort of a bigger hotel room for less than hotel rates. Suite offers a complementary BAR KITCHENETTE equipped with mini fridge, sink, microwave, 2-burners cooktop, coffee maker & basic dinnerware/cooking utensils (See pictures). BAR KITCHENETTE IS INTENDED FOR QUICK MEALS… NOT FOR FULL MEAL PREPARATION…Please contact host if you have questions about the accommodation before booking. Located in west Greeley, close to Highway 34 and nearby towns in Northern Colorado. This location allows an easy & quick access to major shopping/dinning areas in town while enjoying a stay in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Host lives in the upper level of the house with an Australian terrier dog. IMPORTANT NOTE: HVAC system installed in the house has ONLY ONE THERMOSTAT located in the main level -not in the basement-. Temperature is set at 68oF year around. PLEASE CONTACT HOST IF ANY ADJUSTMENT IS NEEDED FOR YOUR CONFORT. A Portable heater is available for guests. Once in the garage, there’s a private entrance to the basement. Basement door is equipped with private lock and interior door latch. Check-in any time after 4:00pm using keypad in garage door. For late check-in (after 10pm), please let host know your estimated time of arrival. Back yard with pergola and BBQ area is shared with the owner who lives upstairs, please contact host for easy access to the backyard. Laundry facilities are available for stays longer than 7 days. Other things to note PETS ARE WELCOME !!.. A maximum of two dogs (potty trained & under 15 lbs) are allowed in the property. Dogs are welcome to use the back yard which is shared with the host’ terrier dog. At arrival, please contact host for access to the back yard. Pet owners are responsible for picking immediately after their dog. Walking trails and open space are just across the street. Pet hygiene is enforced in all areas of the property, including basement, garage & yards, as well as in the neighborhood. Pets should be on a leash and under adult supervision at all times. Pets can stay alone in their kennels for a maximum of 3 hrs if they do not disturb other residents. Please let us know if you have any questions about the pet policy before arrival.
