The space With commanding views across to ever changing waters of Jervis Bay, this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is perfect for a couple of families for a Summer or Winter holiday. Spend your afternoons on the deck watching the kids on the stand up paddle board in the cove below, or venture out on your bikes or walk along the pathway into Huskisson. The property is air-conditioned throughout. The house has two great living spaces, the main area being an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining opening to the undercover deck with commanding views overlooking the bay. The second living space or games room has a bar, pool table, lounge and Television. A separate sunroom area is the perfect spot to sit and read a book or doze off in the cane rocking chair. A C C O M M O D A T I O N The North East facing home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, The master bedroom with an ensuite upstairs and 3 other bedrooms, ensuite and main bathroom downstairs on the ground floor. The two separate living areas, sunroom, library hallway and undercover deck provide multiple spaces for groups to have their own space or come together for meals throughout the day. The large kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, gas stovetop, microwave, full size fridge/freezer, Barista style Coffee machine and quality appliances, as well as crockery and cutlery, pots and pans. L I V I N G ~ A N D ~ E N T E R T A I N M E N T The main lounge and dining features a fireplace and opens out to the undercover deck overlooking the bay. There is also a TV with chromecast so guests can stream shows from their own device. The second lounge room is the perfect entertaining space featuring a pool table, bar and Television. L O C A T I O N The location is superb! The house opens out with direct access to Collingwood Cove- a favourite spot with young families. The shared walking and bike track passes straight by the property and takes you into Huskisson (roughly a 35 minute walk depending on fitness levels) or pack the water bottles and some snacks and head in the other direction and walk, run or ride all the way to Plantation Point (Approx 8km). The house in conveniently located approximately 150 metres walk from Vincentia shops where you will find Coles, cafes and restaurants, bakeries, bottle shop, butcher and service station. The local shops and cafes in Huskisson are a 5 minute drive away where you will find cafes, homewares, the pub, club, steakhouse, pizzeria and other specialty shops. F E A T U R E S ~ S U M M A R Y Guests: Maximum of 10 guests, plus infants in cots (Maximum 8 adults) Bathrooms: 2 x ensuite bathrooms with shower and toilet plus main bathroom with shower and bath Heating/cooling: Reverse cycle air conditioning throughout the property Access/dangers: Staircase internal, small staircase off the back deck to the lawn, access to beach is down a slope/hill so guests with mobility issues may need to use the footpath at the front of the property to walk around the block to the beach Parking: Parking in driveway and street parking only Security: There are security cameras at the front and back of the property (cameras do not face living areas where guests will be living/entertaining) Outdoor Space: Undercover deck overlooking the water, large barbeque with outdoor dining, Hot and cold outdoor shower Laundry: Top loading washing machine, Dryer, Clothes line Pets: 1 well behaved dog is permitted (property has a low fence so not suitable for dogs that jump fences) Additional features: 1 x stand up paddle board, 1 x adult and 1 x child life jacket, WiFi, tv, R A T E S Rates include all household linen and towels and standard departure clean. Prices are for up to 10 guests (maximum of 8 adults, 2 children plus infant in port a cots). Rates are a guide only and subject to change. P E A K ~ B O O K I N G S Bookings over Christmas and New Year are a minimum of 5 nights. Please ensure that bookings in peak summer holiday season don't leave a gap of less than the 5 nights at the beginning or end of your stay If this happens we may have to cancel or move your booking dates. Please call us if you need to discuss. Guest access Guests will be sent access details and directions by email 2 days before arrival. On the day of arrival you will receive a text message with access information and codes to enter the property or access keys.
