This 2 bd/2bth property w/ full kitchen, hot showers, & full laundry will be just want you need to call home as you explore one of the 7 Wonders of the World. Located 35 minutes from the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. Easy access from the Highway, yet plenty of open spaces! Has Firepit & BBQ! Our home is off-grid and fully green. Which means our natural resources are very scarce and valuable. We ask you to please respect and limit all use of electricity, water and gas to bare minimum and to please don't waste. The City of Williams only has hauled water. So we please ask you do your best to conserve all water to help us maintain enough for you and all future guests. Electricity is farmed with our solar panels, stored in solar batteries, and backed up with a propane generator. It's important to note that due to our Septic System, all paper and feminine products need to be placed in the trash and not in the toilets. We have propane heaters, and folks that's how this home is ran. No power lines, no sewer lines, no water lines tied to the city. This is not your typical stay, so think of it as more comfortable than camping, but keep in mind that the light switch turns on thanks to the sun - please remember to preserve our resources. We are located near the "Junction", and there is a gas station and a small convenient store there. You will need a vehicle to get around.
