Welcome to our beautiful pool house, a perfect retreat for your family vacation or group getaway. Our luxurious hot tub available all year around. The pool is now open for the year 2026 season. The highlight of our house is undoubtedly the large outdoor pool; where you can soak up the sun or cookout with your whole family. This is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and create unforgettable memories with your loved ones. Welcome home! The space Key amenities: 🏊 An amazing grand pool (open between now to October/November, subject to weather) - Pool not heated; 🛁 A large private hot tub for 6-8 people; 💆 Massage chair where you can relax and enjoy; 🕹️ Arcade game for adults and kids; 🏓Ping-pong table for a great team playing time; 👑 all King-sized beds in 5 bedrooms for your variety pamper; And many more… You can sit by the pool, soak in Jacuzzi & enjoy summer with your family. The pool is now open for the year 2026 season. If the pool is not available due to the weather, you can always find yourselves enjoying a hot tub, which can fit up to 7 people. For those who like to stay active, we've included a corner with yoga mats and free weights and plenty of other games to keep you entertained. Whether you want to challenge your family to a game of pool or play some board games, we've got you covered. When it's time to retire for the night, you'll find plenty of comfortable sleeping arrangements, including a king-sized bed and the remaining queen-sized & bunk beds. Our house also includes a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a dining area, perfect for family meals and gatherings. Our central location puts you close to all the best attractions and activities, whether you want to explore the local beaches, sample some delicious local cuisine, or shop at the nearby boutiques and malls. And if you need to catch up on some work during your stay, we've even provided a little desk office where you can set up your laptop and get some work done. Overall, our pool house is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and create unforgettable memories with your loved ones. ===== SPECIALS ===== To spice up your stay, we can help set up a basket with wine for $50 (including the wine bottle). If you like our handmade wine basket, it costs $150 itself. =====HOUSE RULES==== No parties are allowed by Airbnb to avoid disturbing to the quiet neighborhood. If you have any quiet celebration (like birthday or anniversary, etc.), please let us know beforehand. We require a deposit of $500, which will be refunded after your stay. ================== If you come here expecting a 5-star full service hotel, you might be disappointed but if you want a clean stay with cozy beds and fresh sheets, you will have an amazing stay. Our guests love our beds and “complain” to us that they spend all day sleeping comfortably and do not have time for sightseeing. You have the entire Pool House for yourself and a big front and back yard. Please be respectful to the neighbors. Please volume down and do not make loud noise after 10pm. No party is allowed to respect all the neighborhood. The yard is fully gated and your house is code-accessed, ensuring your privacy and safety. Guest access After you park on the driveway or on the street in front of the Pool House, you can access to the entire house. The house is freshly cleaned for yourself and your guests. We do not have garage parking and laundry amenities. We have plenty of driveway parking for the number of car(s) specified in the house rules and checkin instructions. There are laundromats in the city nearby the house that offer quick Wash & Fold services. Other things to note Same day bookings can be made, but immediate check-in is not available. Please do not just show up. You must get in touch with the host prior to arrival. If you book same day, the unit may not be cleaned and the sheets/towels may not be ready until later in the day.
