A Springs view Getaway!!!

This ultimate downtown retreat awaits your stay in Pagosa Springs. Our home offers beautiful relaxing views of our mountains, river walk, San Juan River, Res Hill. Our home is a short 5 min walking distance to Yamagucci Park, The Springs Resort and other Spa amenities close by. Our home is secluded in the heart of downtown area with a beautiful 5 minute walk to everything downtown. You are also welcome to book our Loft rental next door as well. Please ask about 2nd loft rental next door option. The space The main house, The fire pit area is available to use we do not supply firewood. Please look up our town fire restrictions to see if we are allowed to have open pit fires. Oh, and we just did a huge remodel of the bathroom. April of 2023. Please be respectful of our other guests renting our RiverView Loft next door and their designated parking area. No parties are allowed. The House only sleeps 5, no more. Sorry, NO PETs allowed due to severe pet allergies! Thank you. Please do not park in between the two houses. The new living room couch has arrived. April of 2023. Please park in front of the apple tree next to the house. The house has 2 parking spots in front of the house for your use. Our house is up on a steep hillside so please look up as you are arriving. We have a USA flag to distinguishing our property location. We are a 5-10 min walk to The Springs Resort, as well as other amenities like a Natural Grocers Store just down the street, coffee shops, and restaurants are 10-20min walk. reservoir hill is also a 10-minute walk from our house. Fishing is just 2m and across the street. Guest access You will be able to use our shed pulse our fire pit if we do not have any fire restrictions in place. A 4x4/AWD is suggested for winter skiing months with our driveway. Always use caution on our driveway. No parties or extra guests are allowed. Thank you Other things to note Please do not feed the wildlife that often travel through our property. Do not walk up to wildlife on property. We do ask for you to leave sports equipment outside of the unit. We do have a shed on the property for you to store your sports equipment. We are a 5-10 min walk to The Springs Resort, as well as other amenities like a Natural Grocers Store just down the street, coffee shops, and restaurants are 10-20 min walk depending on where you want to eat. reservoir hill is also A 10-minute walk from our house. Fishing is just a 2m walk across the street. Please be respectful to our other guests that are renting our other unit on the property next door. Thank you.
