Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place at Uptown Parksuites Tower 1 The space Welcome to our delightful 1-bedroom unit in Uptown Parksuites Tower 1, located in the vibrant heart of Bonifacio Global City. The space is thoughtfully designed to offer both comfort and convenience. In the living and dining area, you'll find a split-type air conditioner for optimal comfort, a 43" TV equipped with Netflix and YouTube for entertainment, and a comfy 3-seater sofa perfect for lounging. A dining table for two is also available for intimate meals. The bedroom is your personal retreat, featuring another split-type air conditioner, a queen-size bed perfect with a couple, and a handy study/work desk. Storage won't be an issue with the available cabinet. Whip up meals in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave and electric kettle. We've also provided a full set of utensils, cookware, and kitchenware. Our bathroom is designed for your comfort with a heated shower, a bidet, and a washer. Essential toiletries are also provided. Guest access Enjoy building amenities including a pool ( open TUESDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY ) , and playground during your stay. The prime location and homey feel of our space ensure you'll have a memorable stay. During your stay, you'll have full, private access to the entire 1 BR apartment. This includes the bedroom, living area, kitchen, and bathroom. You are welcome to use all appliances and amenities provided, such as the washing machine, air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, and Netflix. Additionally, you can take advantage of the building's shared facilities, such as the swimming pool ( open Tuesday to Friday only ), and any common areas or lounges (subject to the building's rules and operating hours). Other things to note House Rules: Kindly treat our space with respect and follow the building's rules and regulations. No smoking, no pets, and no parties are allowed in the apartment. Internet: Stay connected with our high-speed WiFi, perfect for both work and leisure. Noise: To respect our neighbors, please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (10 PM - 8 AM). Please turn off the aircon when not in use. Remote can be used by both aircon in living area and bedroom Cleaning: The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your arrival. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please let us know in advance (extra charges may apply). Garbage Collection Time 1st Collection : 9 AM - 12 NN 2nd Collection : 5 PM - 9 PM (Do not leave garbage outside the unit. Collectors will come to pick up garbage by pressing the doorbell to all units at the designated time range) Parking: If you need parking, please inform us prior to your arrival so we can provide information on nearby parking options or arrange a parking space (subject to availability and additional fees). Pool: While using of pool is free for our guests, please note that it is closed every saturday, sunday and monday for maintenance.
