When you're ready to "flamingle", you have an open floorplan living, dining room and kitchen perfect for the whole crew. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you'll need to cook or dine in and you can retire to watch the 50" smart TV afterward. The entire space is full of natural light and fun greenery. This truly is an oasis! The neighborhood is conveniently located near Austin College, I-75 and Downtown Sherman. You'll see homes owned by original owners, in progress of rejuvenation and recently renewed- no cookie cutter here! Many trees line the streets and the neighbors are friendly! You'll need a car to get around in Sherman, but the Austin College campus is only a 2 block walk.
