Sleeper Train Car on the River! 100 acres!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located on 100 acres on the Locust Fork of the Black Warrior River. Located 25 minutes from Birmingham, Alabama. This very unique sleeper train car features 4 of the original sleepers- 3 western rooms and a Dolly room! This property comes with plenty of entertainment! Corn hole, fire-pit, horseshoes, 2 grilling areas, enclosed picnic pavilion, karaoke machine, 2 additional covered pavilions, volleyball, and a hot tub. The space This is a great space to enjoy the outdoors with family and friends! The sound of the river shoals provide a peaceful setting for an incredible, relaxing stay. This gated property is six miles off of I-22. Each of roomette includes a small murphy bed which sleeps one and pulls down right out of the wall! These beds are just as they were when the train was traveling on the tracks! The living room, bedroom and 2 roomettes also have mounted televisions. There is a bedroom on the end of the train with a queen bed and a private deck which leads to a stock tank pool and a hot tub! One Queen bed and 5 Small beds. 4 of the small beds are Murphy beds which pull out of wall. *Murphy beds may be too small for some adults. Features lots of outdoor entertainment! Cornhole, Horseshoes, Firepit, 2 Grilling Areas, Decks, Karaoke Machine, TV, Covered Pavilions, Beach Volleyball, Hiking and a hot tub. Kayaking and Tubing at your own risk. (Not included) Bring your rod and reel for fishing! The sound of the shoals below provide a peaceful setting for a relaxing stay. There is a private road which leads to the river. Kayaks and tubes may be put in there when the river is down. (Kayaks not included) We now offer 2 holes of Putt Putt with more to come! In addition, (1) 6 person tent may be added for an additional charge. No parties allowed.
