The accommodation is located in La Spezia in the village of Marola, ideal for visiting the city, Portovenere, and the Cinque Terre. There are post offices, a pharmacy, a tobacco bar, pubs, restaurants, a pizzeria, a grocery store, free parking, and buses with well-served schedules. It is 2.5 km from the train station and the city center and a few km from the ferry service to the Islands. Ideal for CAI hiking trails.
