Living Room Unwind in a cozy space designed for comfort. Large windows bring the bay right to your chair, while the wood-burning fireplace adds warmth on cool coastal nights. This is your spot to gather, play games, read, or simply watch the tide drift in and out. Kitchen & Dining The fully equipped kitchen is ready for anything—from simple breakfasts to fresh seafood dinners. Cook with ease, then enjoy your meal at the dining table overlooking the water, where every bite comes with a view. Bedrooms Primary Suite (King Bed): A peaceful retreat with private bathroom with soaking tub, TV and sounds of the bay. Second Bedroom (Queen Bed): Light-filled and comfortable, with easy access to the second full bathroom and sunrise views over the bay. Both rooms are designed to help you recharge after days spent exploring. Our sofa has a queen sleeper that can be requested for use. Outdoor Space Step onto your private deck perched above the bay. Here, mornings begin with seabirds and coffee, afternoons invite you to fire up the BBQ, and evenings bring sunsets and starlight. With tidal waters at your doorstep, you’ll always have a front-row seat to nature’s show. Pet Friendly We know pets are family too. This home welcomes your four-legged friends, giving the whole family a chance to enjoy the coast together. The only sounds, noise we want our guests to remember are those of bodega tides rolling in and out, birds, seals, otters and the fog horn and ocean waves crashing in the distance. Please be respectful to our neighbors and other guests. This is NOT a place to come and have a loud party. Please do not book with us if you are looking for a "party house". Guest access There are steps that lead down to the bay's edge and beach when the tides are low. There is a deck at the bayside. Great spot to launch your kayaks and paddle boards. Great clamming! Other things to note Our home is a QUIET, peaceful home directly on the shores of Bodega Bay. Please be respectful to our neighbors and other guests. This is NOT a place to come and have a loud party We have Starlink high speed internet and WIFI All of our TVs are smart ROKU TVs. Guests will need to log into their own paid streaming apps. There are some free channels available. Wood Stove: We have a wood burning stove that guests can use. We can not supply the wood per our insurance. Please bring 16" or smaller wood, presto or duraflame logs work well. Deikman's market up the street sells these. Weber Grill: Please bring charcoal if you want to grill out, we can not provide the briskets per our insurance. Parking: Parking is limited to ONE CAR per booking, unless otherwise arranged. Drive down the driveway and turn your car around using the space in front of the garage and then back into the end of the driveway so your car is facing up towards the driveway. Park next to the retaining wall or close to other guest cars, leaving the space free in front of the garage so everyone can turn around. Additional street parking available in the neighborhood across the street.  Please no smoking or vaping on the property.
