The neighbor of Kärleksstigen

This spacious 1 ½-storey villa with four bedrooms is perfect for a larger family or four work buddies. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet in a scenic area while being close to the city. On the property, there is a private barbecue area that gives a cozy courtyard feeling and the opportunity for wonderful barbecue evenings. Near the house, there is Piteälven, a marina and the beach promenade "Kärleksstigen." Small bathing coves with sandy beaches suitable for swimming and picnics. The space The house is spacious and offers privacy for all guests. At the same time, there is a lot of space to socialize together. Each floor has two bedrooms. A large living room with TV and sofas as well as a toilet and shower. On the entrance level, there is a large kitchen and laundry room. On the upper floor, there is a "day bed" in the living room. It is 80 x 200 cm and can be made into an extra bed if needed, which means that the villa can accommodate up to 7 people. In the living room on the entrance floor, there is a desk with a computer screen. There's also a simpler form of massage chair. Guest access All areas in the house. Note: The laundry room and patio on the ground floor are shared with the landlord Ankie. Other things to note I (Ankie), who is the host, live in the house's converted utility room and former garage. The laundry room is located between the house that is rented out and my apartment. There is a door from the kitchen to the laundry room that guests can lock and another door to my private residence that I lock. As a guest, you will not be restricted or "disturbed" by the fact that I live in this part. For me, it is a great pleasure to see and hear that others are enjoying themselves and feeling good in my house.
