Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Gun Lake waterfront home with parking for 6 cars. This home sits on the west side of the lake where you see stunning sunrises over the lake. You are walking distance to the grocery store, a boat launch and public swimming area. Less than 10 min away from Gun Lake Casino, Yankee Springs Rec Area and Golfing. Enjoy roasting marshmallow over the fire pit and a cup of coffee on the huge deck looking over the lake. The space If you are looking for a fun and relaxing stay, look no further. For your next trip, you will certainly enjoy this fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, recently renovated on the West Side of 2,640 acre all-sports Gun Lake! This home was remodeled in 2020/21 and features a beautiful open floor plan, high efficiency furnace, air conditioning, high speed cable internet and Wi-Fi, LED lighting throughout, an electric fireplace, a huge walkout deck that overlooks the lake, full sized stainless steel appliances, and all of the comforts of home like a coffee maker, crockpot, toaster, blender, grilling supplies, plenty of cookware, utensils, a flat screen TV in the living room as well as each bedroom! Laundry is located just as you come through the entryway. Parking is available for up to 6 vehicles and there is additional public parking less than 200 ft away just north of 124th ave. There is plenty of space to entertain family and friends on the deck, in the front yard around the fire pit, or out on the water. There is a king size bed in bedroom 1. In bedroom 2 you will find a queen size bed with a full sized loft over it, and bedroom 3 sleeps 5 as the one bunk bed has a trundle bed underneath. There is also a fold away twin bed that is located in one of the bedroom closets and can be used upstairs in the living room. On the back deck is a propane grill. There are life vests in the storage bench out by the water. There are 2 kayaks and 4 paddle boards that you are welcome to use! You can go fishing right off the dock. Boat rental facilities, a grocery store, a public beach with playground and boat ramp are all within 200 yards with wonderful sit down restaurants all within 2 miles. The house is cleaned thoroughly and disinfected between each stay. Each bathroom has a roll of toilet paper as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each shower. One roll of paper towel is provided in the kitchen. Please bring your own beach towels as those are not provided. One shower towel per guest will be provided. You will find those in the bedrooms. Feel free to contact me with any questions anytime . As long as it's not really late/in the middle of the night you will typically receive a quick response! NOTE: This home is located on a main road and the waterfront property/dock are a very short walk across the street. Owner keeps boats on the dock and there is NOT enough room for any additional watercraft. During weekends and holidays there is quite a bit of traffic on the road this house is on. Absolutely NO SMOKING OR VAPING in the house at any time. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Pets are allowed on property and a pet fee will be applied per pet you add to your stay. Guest access You will have access to 3 bedrooms and 2 baths of the house, all of the outside side spaces (deck, firepit, fenced in back yard) as well as the 20 ft of lakefront property that is across the street. There are 2 kayaks and 4 paddle boards available for use and plenty of life jackets. You do not have access to the master suite (one bedroom, one bathrom) , which I keep all of my personal items in and will lock up. Other things to note The dock has my boat and jet skis docked on it. Boat is available for rent. There is NOT enough room for additional watercraft .
