Welcome to Par 4! Located in Moiron, a small village in the Jura, new house, perfect for nature lovers, golfers and families looking for tranquility. The space The house consists of two comfortable and pleasant bedrooms, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The modern and fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals to share with family or friends. The spacious and warm living room is the perfect place to relax after a day of golfing or hiking. Enjoy panoramic views of the entire valley. The house is located close to the Val de Sorne Golf Course (50 m) and an equestrian center (Le Haras de Sorne - 150 m) for lovers of these sports. Allow 25 minutes to reach the various lakes in the area for water activities and family walks. You can also explore the many hiking trails that crisscross the area on foot or by mountain bike (2 mountain bikes available). During the winter season, enjoy the cross-country ski slopes located 40 minutes away and the downhill ski slopes 1 hour away by road. For your comfort, the house is equipped with everything you need, including high-speed Wi-Fi, reversible air conditioning, TV, washing machine, and private courtyard.
