The space The apartment is located at an altitude of about 1000 m and the village is known for the rehabilitation clinic in Seewis Dorf. The clinic is about 5 minutes' walk. The 2.5 room apartment is equipped with parquet in the hallway and living area. There is a tile floor in the kitchen and shower. In the bedroom is a cork floor. In the bedroom is a large Samina double bed including large wardrobe and TV furniture with a 65" TV on it. The living area is very nicely decorated and the sofa can be converted into a comfortable sofa bed in a few simple steps. There is also a 65" TV. A large wooden table for 6 people is available, as well as a desk for working with a screen, keyboard and mouse, as well as a docking station. The new fully equipped kitchen incl. induction, dishwasher, oven/steamer and large fridge with freezer invites you to cook. The apartment is heated with underfloor heating. On the terrace you can enjoy the beautiful view, as well as eat at the table for 4 people or simply enjoy the day. A large private sauna is available for you, which can accommodate at least 4 people.
