The kitchen, living room, bathrooms, and laundry area are shared with other respectful guests. Self check-in is available through a secure keypad at the entrance, giving you flexibility and independence during your stay. Parking Information: Free parking is available in the driveway (fits up to 4 cars parked back-to-back). Street parking is also permitted during the summer months. During your stay I am available by phone and email throughout your stay and happy to assist with any questions or needs. My goal is to ensure you feel welcome, comfortable, and well cared for. Other things to note This is a smoke-free and pet-free home • Please remove your shoes upon entering and use the shoe rack provided • An additional fee of $45/night applies for extra guests due to shared facilities • Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM to ensure a restful environment for everyone • A $200 fee applies for smoking indoors, in accordance with safety and insurance policies • Laundry is available from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM on weekdays, and all day on weekends • Please treat the home and other guests with respect, cleanliness, and courtesy .No visitors during your stay because of sharing area.
