NEW FOR 2025... welcome to Dolly's Den - a cosy, curated cabin - perfectly located in our hillside hostel's Glamping Village. A unique Connemara experience - we've traded the the tent canvas for 4 walls & creature comforts. Enjoy the Irish countryside from the peace of a private cabin, complete with kettle, charging points and a cosy reading corner.... as well as all of the shared facilities our hostel has to offer; a hot shower, Wi-Fi, proper toilets, a roaring fire & fully equipped kitchen. The space Located on the grounds of our Ben Lettery hostel, at the base of Ben Lettery (the mountain) overlooking Ballynahinch lake. We’re 14km miles from Clifden & 6km from Joyce’s pub/restaurant. From our hostel you can hop on the Glencoaghan Horseshoe loop trail We’re 61km from Galway city & the 923 citylink stops up the road from us. The space We’re ideal for couples or friends who are exploring Connemara and looking for a unique experience with the benefits of indoor facilities nearby. The cabin is located at the bottom of Ben Lettery with nearby access to N59. During peak season this can be a busy road during the day. In addition to the double cabin, we also have 3 beautifully appointed bell tents (1 double, 1 triple and 1 family) each has their own beds, bedding, chairs & table. You will also have access to our newly refurbished hostel with shower rooms, bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, a lounge with log burning stove & drying room. Tea & coffee available. Other things to note Other things to note: The listing is for 1 double cabin ~ there are 3 neighbouring bell tents which complete our Glamping Village. We are located on the N59 main road to the stunning Clifden. Access to the hostel is from 8am to 10pm – Key will be given for front door for access after hours. We’re a quiet site so lights & fires out by 11pm. We sell snacks, beer and wine on site. We have plenty of car parking space. We don’t host hen/stag dos.
