Welcome to your lakefront oasis in Youbou, British Columbia. Designed as a place for friends and family to gather, the Youbou Lakehouse is a sanctuary where you can unwind and connect with the natural world. Enjoy private lake access, a stunning view, 2 outdoor fire pits, paddle boards, a gorgeous sauna, salt water hot tub, and a massive 85” TV with surround sound. Have fun, but no parties, and please choose another spot if you are unwilling to be considerate of our wonderful neighbors. The space The Youbou Lakehouse is situated on a .3 acre waterfront lot with unobstructed views of Lake Cowichan. The house is newly renovated, and has a large grassy front lawn that leads down to the lake shore. The style of the house is West Coast with some Scandinavian influences. There are two rooms with king sized beds, 1 smaller bedroom with a queen bed, and one room with four single beds (two bunk beds). The kitchen is modern and well-appointed with excellent appliances. There’s a huge cozy couch downstairs that’s great for taking in a movie. Guest access You will have the whole space to yourself, aside from the garage which is not featured on the listing (we use for storage). Other things to note ⚠️ Waiver Required: All guests are asked to sign a brief liability waiver before check-in. This covers use of amenities such as the sauna, hot tub, gym, dock, lake access, and golf cart. The form is quick to complete electronically and ensures everyone can safely enjoy the property.
