A Large pool with hot tub waterfall. Conveniently located 20 minutes to Churchill Downs, Historic Highlands and Nulou that offer incredible restaurants, shops, bourbon distilleries, and bars. You will have great memories for years to come! The space Every room is spacious especially the great room with beautiful views... every room has a beautiful view.... except the one bedroom in the basement Guest access Guests get the whole property except the basement and the 2nd two car garage located down the hill. You can walk the 6 acres and enjoy nature. Other things to note All the liquor on the bar is for your enjoyment... drink responsibly... The roses are yours to take.
