The first floor hosts two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, with touches of natural elements all over. Enjoy a round of board games or just Netflix and Chill with your favorite snacks. - The bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is styled with warm natural tones and a private sit-out to enjoy your evening tea in peace and tranquility. - The first floor hosts two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, with touches of natural elements all over. The sit-outs on the rooms face east and west. One offers a fresh sunrise and the other a serene sunset. - The pool, a deck with loungers, and a picnic table are the perfect afternoon spot after a sumptuous meal. Take a refreshing dip in the pool or just sunbathe on the lounger in your perfect private space. - Belle Maison is a retreat for the senses, where every detail has been carefully curated to ensure an unforgettable experience of elegance, comfort, and serenity. - We offer healthy home-cooked meals prepared using locally sourced fresh ingredients. Tea/Coffee will be served during breakfast and high tea time. If you would like tea/coffee at any other time of the day, it can be arranged at an additional charge. We do not serve only breakfast. Guest access Guest can access entire property except for the kitchen. Other things to note Things you need to know - This is a 3-bedroom villa. -The Caretaker service will only be available till 10 pm. After-hour services will be charged extra. - Stags won't be hosted in this home. - Room amenities include an ensuite bathroom, wardrobe, pool, and WiFi. - The staff at this home comprises people including the chef, and caretakers, to cater to any of your getaway needs. - Up to 3 cars can be parked on site. - The adjacent building is the service area for the Caretakers and won’t be accessible for guests. - In case of a power outage or fluctuations, generators can be switched on. However, power outages or fluctuations due to weather, regional restrictions, etc. are beyond our control. Hence, diesel charges for genset operation will need to be paid by the guests after 8 hours of usage, the prices for further usage will be INR 800 per hour. The genset needs to be switched off for 30 mins, after every two hours of usage, to avoid a breakdown. - Considering the unique location of the villa, Internet connectivity can be affected due to the falling of trees, heavy rains, or other causes - As the monsoon season approaches and the coastal winds blow, we wanted to take a moment to inform you about a possibility that comes with this beautiful weather: power outages. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. In anticipation of potential power interruptions, our diligent villa staff will be on standby to ensure your stay remains uninterrupted. Our reliable power backup system will kick in swiftly. To maintain the stability of the backup system and protect all our guests, we kindly request your cooperation in refraining from using certain high-power-consuming appliances such as air conditioners and geysers during these periods. A refundable security deposit of Rs. 15000 is mandatory during check-in. The Caretaker service will only be available till 10 pm. After-hour services will be charged extra. We follow a cloud kitchen model. Guests are also allowed to bring outside food. The Caretaker will take care of food warming, service, and cleaning.
