Your studio apartment with full bath is a private separate space with your own entrance and high speed fiber internet. From time to time you may hear sounds of life from our adjoining walls and footsteps above. Their names are Princess Layer, Patty (after Pat Summit), and Olive (lays green eggs). They love to eat grass, so feel free to feed them through their fence! Guest access Feel free to enjoy any of the porches/patios. Want to have a fire in our firepit? Just ask! Also feel free to park in either of our two off street spaces or parallel to the property. Other things to note Fun fact! I’m a massage therapist for the UT Vols and privately. I’m also honored to have been voted Knoxville's Best massage therapist. Guests can book a massage in my home office during their stay, pending availability. Just message with as much notice as possible (two weeks preferred). Rates: 60 minutes for $110, 90 minutes for $160
