Guests can only receive visitors at the lobby. They are not allowed to go inside the unit unless they are a registered guests. Request to register additional guest/s must be done during Mondays to Saturdays, 8AM to 12NN (PH Time). 8. Additional bottled water, pillow cases, bed linens and towels upon request has EXTRA CHARGES. Guest access Guests can use the entire unit, access common areas (ie building lobby) and condominium amenities such as children's playground, lap pool and children's swimming pool, basketball court and gym. Note: - As per building administration, corresponding fees applies to guests when accessing the pool at PHP 150/person on regular days and PHP 300 during holidays. This will be paid separately by the guests at building admin office located at 7/F Tower 1 building. Pool area is open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. - It is required to wear proper swimming attire.
