Fisherman's Access - 2BR 2BA on River with Dock

Welcome fisherman and families alike! Located directly on the Carrabelle river, you have a fantastic deep pool fishing spot right on the dock. Dock is equipped with a cleaning station, electricity and water. House is a 2 BR 2BA 1100 sqft modular home. Master bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite bath/shower combo. Second bedroom has full on full bunk beds. Second bathroom has a standup shower. Kitchen is fully stocked to cook your catch! Screened in porch overlooking the beautiful river. The space This nicely appointed 2BR 2BA unit has everything you need for your vacation fun! The kitchen, living room, and dining room are combined in an open concept. While there is enough bed space to sleep 6, the second bedroom with full over full bunk beds (sleeping 4) is rather small. The house is up on stilts, with about 20 stairs up to the front porch and entrance. Underneath the house is a nice patio area with an ice maker, bait freezer, grill and Blackstone griddle. It's the perfect place to cook your catch and enjoy the spectacular view of the river. Folding table and chairs are provided. Even with the patio hang-out area, there is still room to park 2 cars/boat under the house. White sand beach is just 2 miles away to the west. If you are bringing a boat, there is a free launch at the end of Timber Island road that can accommodate any size boat. Boat lift at our dock is not available but there is plenty of room to tie up to the dock. Note the river tide can change by 3-4 feet, and the current can be very swift at times. It is about a 20 minute boat ride from our home to the mouth of the river. Be sure to check out Dog Island which is only accessible by boat. Often, you feel like you have the island to yourself! Wi-Fi with smart TV, Netflix, Peacock, and Amazon Prime is included. A selection of movies, books, and games is also provided. Fire pit in back yard (please observe all local warnings on open campfires). There is a garage converted to a king bed, 1BA apartment next door that can be added on if you would like additional space. Contact me for more details! Guest access There is a converted garage 1BR 1BA apartment next door. (Anglers). Not included in this rental, it is blocked off for parties that want to rent both. If you have a larger group, contact me for availability of this extra space. Other things to note There are black bears in the area. Be sure to clean outside areas of any food at the end of the day to avoid attracting them. We don't see them very often at all, but be prepared for this possibility. No swimming from the dock! Life jackets are provided and highly recommended for kids while on the dock!
