The Lodge - Guest House / Livery

The Lodge is a unique guest house facility offering overnight accommodation for those looking for a rural staycation. The Lodge offers a unique location close Silverstone and for equestrians MKEC is in the neighbouring village of Hanslope of which The Lodge offers overnight paddocks or stabling on request and parking for horse box/trailer/Lorry’s and alike with plenty of space on request. The Lodge is located in the quiet hamlet of Tathall End. EV charging available at extra charge. The space The Lodge is a self contained annex within the grounds of our property, guests access via the rear road which runs parallel with our paddocks and park directly outside The Lodge. The Lodge is a one bed self contained apartment accesses via the external timber staircase, and enters into open plan lounge and kitchen which is fully equipped with a oven, hob, sink, fridge, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The lounge is equipped with two retro single seats, coffee table and a smart TV which is also connected to a freeview aerial. The lodge is equipped with a shower room / WC with towels. A comfortable double bedroom is at the end of the apartment which is also equipped with storage space for clothing and a dressing table. The Lodge is equipped with central heating, hot water, WiFi and a EV charging point which vehicle charging can be arranged at a additional cost. Guests are welcome to walk our grounds including 7 acres of paddocks and orchards along with the garden in front of The Lodge. Other things to note EV Charging available at cost of £30 per charge.
