Other things to note On the coast of the Solent with views of the Isle of Wight, the Titchfield Haven nature reserve is an international magnet for bird watchers. The hill head coast is also a Mecca for kite surfers, being a haven with strong breezes. To the other side, Lee on the Solent beckons. From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy and welcoming. The house was spotless and beautifully presented. You could instantly feel how much love and care had gone into the property. The lay out of the house was perfect for a family holiday, there was so much space in every bedroom and the 'upside down' feel allowed us to enjoy the sunrise and sunset with everyone in the lounge. We all especially loved the kitchen and dining area as cooking meals together became one of the highlights of our stay. We also loved the outdoor space as we have a 20 month old who absolutely loved running up and down the garden. The hot tub was definitely something we used a lot! We all left feeling very relaxed and grateful for such a lovely weekend away with family. It's definitely somewhere we would recommend and stay again in the future. We celebrated Christmas with our family at Donna's this year, and could not have asked for anything better. The house is clean, tidy and comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was the best equipped I have ever had the pleasure of staying in, and there were thoughtful extras in the bathroom. The lounge, although smaller than some of the other rooms, comfortably accommodated 6 adults and 3 children on Christmas morning. The garden is enormous and we spent a few hours in the chilly December sun playing catch, running around and sitting on the deck with hot drinks. The coast line is dog (and kid!) friendly, and a 1 min walk from the front door, perfect for some fresh air. We would 100% recommend and stay again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!
