Rotorua Tranquility

Relax in the spaciousness of our 2 bedroom (ground floor) Apartment (owners live upstairs) an amazing covered area where you can enjoy a drink, soak in the Spa, cook a BBQ, & enjoy the tranquil ambience that surrounds you! No matter what the weather brings! In the sought after City of Rotorua, where there is an abundance of Tourism, Sports, & Eateries. Only mins away from most activities & the Int.Stadium.. NB: Not suitable for children, Wheelchair, Unsteady Guests or pets. The space The apartment consists of almost the whole downstairs area. Every room has heating/cooling with remote controls. (The Laundry is a shared space & service area) Noise from upstairs is minimal, as there is a thick concrete floor between levels. The main bedroom is roomy with a queen bed and everything you need for your comfort. The 2nd bedroom is smaller, with a double bed, but equally as comfortable… A single bed has been added to the Living area to accomodate any bookings with a second child or an extra adult. The Lounge/Dining -Kitchenette areas are welcoming with plenty of room to relax, eat or watch TV. There is a short passageway to the Laundry/Washing-up area, and Bathroom from the Living areas. The Bathroom is for Guests only. N.B. The Washing Machine & Dryer may only be used by Guests who book for 3 nights or more. The sizeable Laundry/Washing-up area is a shared space with Deirdre, who works in the front room. Separate from your space, but needs to access her Sewing Studio. There is also a separate toilet in this area, solely for her use. The covered outdoor area is amazing! Edged with lovely gardens, a bbq, dining spaces, and outdoor lounge furniture….. A lovely area to relax in. Our back yard adjoins the Springfield Golf Course, and has many gardens to enjoy! Guest access Look for the single door with the Airbnb sign on it. We now have a lock box for your convenience. The code will be sent to you prior to your arrival time. Our Apartment is not suitable for wheelchair or unsteady guests, as there are 3 steps down to the Lounge/Dining/Bedroom areas. Guests will have access to all rooms shown in photos, and even the shared areas, will be majoritively private. The back lawn adjoins the Springfield Golf Course. Other things to note Deirdre has an elderly gentleman cat called Prince, and a lovely little dog named Fleur. We like to keep them out of your space, but you may come across them around the property.
