Visitors coming by train find my location perfect for being in walking distance to the station. The space One of three units in the building, the apartment is located on the ground floor with access from the garden or the main entrance. The door open up to the spacious and light livingroom hosting a well equipped kitchen with oven, stoves and fridge, toaster and electric kettle as well as a dining table. The two big sofas can turn out into comfy two single beds. This space can be, therefore, perfectly intended for smart working or relaxing moments, for example in front of the TV. The bedroom presents a queen size double bed, a ceiling fan and a huge wardrobe, the bathroom a shower corner and washing maschine. The highlight of this house is definitely its lovely garden where guests are invited to linger on the sun loungers in the shadow of Mafalda's olive trees and the perfum of fresh cut meadow grass. Look at Spello's beautiful skyline while the sun sets down on a warm summer evening and enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace!
