This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 2100 square foot upper unit condo (one flight of stairs) is situated west facing, which offers sweeping views of the golf course, mountains, and gorgeous desert sunsets! The space The home has a master bedroom with a California king bed and its own en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a California king bed and shared en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed. All beds are new and extremely comfortable. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV with Roku/Fire Stick. There is also a bonus room with an 80 inch flat screen TV with surround sound, pool table, and extra seated living area. The perfect space to enjoy with friends and family. Guest access As our guests you will have access to the entire condo as well as the community common areas. There are two pools with jetted hot tubs that are just steps away and will feel amazing after a day on the links. The kitchen (with gas stove) or outdoor gas grill (private to the visitors at our home) are both excellent spots to prepare dinner as your day winds down. Our dining table seats six with two extra bar seats as well as an outdoor patio table. Other things to note ALL GUESTS MUST ENTER THE PROPERTY FROM THE STADIUM RESIDENTIAL GATE AT 55400 PGA BLVD. The golf course in front of the home is for paid golfer guests only, and is not for use for golf or any other activity or gathering. If you are not a paid golfer for that day, PGA WEST Security will ticket guests found on the golf course who are not paid players, registered for golf that day. This is a gated community with 24/7 Security on site. DO NOT SPEED WHILE INSIDE THE PGA WEST COMPOUND. The SPEED LIMIT IS A STRICT 25 MPH. You can be given a ticket by camera and this will be applied to your stay if ticketed. Prior to your arrival we will have you registered for your stay with security at the PGA WEST STADIUM GATE. You will need to enter as a guest at the STADIUM gate and let security know you're staying at our address, where they will issue you a guest pass for the length of your stay. Once you're through the gate, you can enter our physical address into your GPS to find the house. There is free street parking for UP TO 2 vehicles on the street and additional parking is available for 1 vehicle inside our garage (total of 3 parking spaces available). There is a garage door opener for your use while you stay, and this opener must be left at the house prior to check out. VEHICLES THAT ARE PARKED ON THE STREET SHOULD BE PARKED ALONGSIDE THE STREET IN THE DIRECTION OF THE TRAFFIC FOR THAT SIDE OF THE STREET AND NEED TO DISPLAY YOUR PARKING PASS ON THE DASH BOARD. CARS PARKED IN WRONG DIRECTION OF THE FLOW OF TRAFFIC ON THAT SIDE OF STREET WILL BE TICKETED BY PGA WEST SECURITY THAT MONITERS PARKING EACH NIGHT. ALSO, CARS SHOULD NOT BE PARKED IN FRONT OF ANY GROUP OF MAILBOXES OR WALKWAYS THAT LEAD TO THE HOMES. CARS PARKED IN FRONT OF MAILBOXES OR WALKWAYS WILL BE TICKETED. All parking is either on the street, or in the garage. No driveway parking is permitted, as it is shared driveway.
