2-bedroom Tiny house (« hut » spirit), quietly located in an old « Paludier » village, in the heart of the « Marais Salants de Guérande » and 2 steps from the main beaches: La Baule Bay, Valentin beach, La Govelle beach. For nature lovers, the garden has a breathtaking view of the birds that live in this preserved wild environment, as well as an unobstructed view of the « Croisic Traict », vital to the functioning of salt fields. Absolute calm guaranteed. The space The Tint House « Maison de Léon » was designed as a hut at the bottom of the garden, with all the necessary comfort. It was built in the 2000s. The view from the large private terrace of this accommodation is simply breathtaking, with a direct view of the Croisic, the point of Pen Bron, the collegiate church of Guérande, the bell towers of Batz-sur-Mer, the immensity of the salt marshes of Guérande and the horses from spring to autumn. This « maisonette » offers you 1 Queen-Size bed (160x200) on the ground floor and 1 double bed (140x190) on the mezzanine with a cabin atmosphere with its catamaran net to separate the 2 sleeping areas. 2 design and contemporary bathrooms complete this house. Shared kitchen in the garden by the pool. It is certainly a relaxing place. Guest access A tree-lined and enclosed garden is shared by the 3 apartments of the site. It includes a dining area under a pergola with a closed kitchen and a barbecue area (gas), a swimming pool (open and heated in the summer season) and a Jacuzzi for 6 people (open from spring to summer). During your stay We are often present while remaining discreet. We are available by phone. In case of absence, our neighbour can make himself available, in case of need.
