The space Experience Strawberry Arizona like never before at this warm & welcoming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental! 18 miles North West of Payson, this retreat offers a recently updated interior with a full kitchen, 6 person island for dining and entertaining, warm and cozy living room with an electric fireplace, 3 spacious bedrooms each with a queen, adjustable bed, 2 bedrooms have 32 inch TV's & 2 modern bathrooms. The exterior offers a wrap-around deck with an outdoor dining table, gas Blackstone grill, firepit for chilly evenings & plenty of seating for star gazing. Whether you're in town for the Strawberry Festival, Fire On The Rim Bike Race, to hike Fossil Creek, to spend the day at Woods Canyon Lake, or to enjoy some wintery snow fun, this home is the perfect getaway! Please note, the garage is not accessible and wood wood-burning fireplace inside is NOT usable. Due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate ATVs on the premises, as there is no designated parking for them. **DISCLAIMER** *Our home is single-level with the exception of 1 step down into the home and 2 small steps in the hallway. *When renting our home please keep in mind we are in a rural area. It is very quiet and peaceful and our house is surrounded by unbothered forests. With nature comes wildlife, from coyotes, owls, elk, deer, javelina, hawks, jackrabbits, and bobcats to the smaller critters like birds, mice, snakes, desert gophers, ground squirrels, and depending on the time of year some bugs (butterflies, moths, flies, crickets, spiders, ants), you never know what might be foraging by. No need to fear, the forest and mountains are their home, too. That said, although we do our very best to keep our home pest free, there are times when some wildlife/critters will come inside (usually spiders/flies) we usually find them by the windows. Guest access You will have access to the entire home. 2 driveway parking spaces are available, garage is not accessible. Parking in the yard is not permitted.
