Enjoy some quality family time at this scenic retreat on our 135 acre agritourism farm, Autumn Valley Farm. This spacious home accommodates large families and provides all the day-to-day luxuries you're accustomed to. If we aren't hosting a wedding or reception, come visit The Barn at Autumn Valley, visit a nearby winery, explore our hiking trail, enjoy our wildlife, fish at our farm ponds, make a family meal, have a bonfire and roast marshmallows at the fire pit! The space Autumn Valley Farm is a picturesque farm featuring private ponds and rolling fields of hay and milo. A gravel driveway leads you to plenty of parking at The Farm House. The home has 6-bedrooms, 4-1/2 baths, central heat and air conditioning, a basement game room, and a large rear patio with a gas grill. All the t.v.s on site are smart t.v.s ready for your favorite streaming. This is a great place to pass time after Maryland or Virginia football games! It's perfect for wine tours - The Virginia Wine Trail, and local rodeo events too! Our home often serves as a venue for outdoor weddings for about 40 people, it's a quiet location for honeymoons, private Easter celebrations, Autumn foliage viewing at Skyline Drive, trips to Washington DC, and business retreats! For larger events, we have an adjacent venue on this farm that can accommodate elopements, and weddings up to 200 people. Just send us a message for event information, pricing and services! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, three finished stories of about 4,300 square feet. Guests will not have access to the garages. Other things to note We also have a walking trail with great picnic areas, clean air, and wildlife. Our beavers built one of our ponds, providing an oasis for turtles, foxes, and deer.
