The Dalton's Villa was home to our family for over 9 years. After moving to Goa, we welcome guests here. This booking is for 1 room with an attached toilets, a spacious fully equipped kitchen, dinning and living area. There is a drive way with lawns on either side with beautiful outdoor seating. We have a vegetable patch with fruit trees & some poultry. The property is best for quick getaways, far from the city hustle-bustle. We hope you like our HOME. Other things to note Silvanos the care taker is only around to help you check in and out and if you need groceries from the near by markets. He is not a cook. If you think a particular space needs cleaning you may request Silvanos to do so. Being loud or playing music outside after 10 pm is strictly not allowed. One can play soft music inside the house after this time. Since it's a quiet place, sound travels and mite disturb the neighbours. During winters Silvanos would help you with a Bonfire, which should only be lit in the designated area. The green lawns aren't meant for a Bonfire please keep this in mind. Our kicthen is well stocked with the basics. Extra glasses are stocked in the bar area. We have a cook also available at an extra cost. Please keep in mind we have cameras in the living and outdoor space. For any clarification please contact us on airbnb chat or on our numbers available after booking. Any damage to property is payable by guests. Any payables be it for a Bonfire, electricity, groceries or damage to the property is to be cleared before leaving the Premises.
