With its prime location, Colombo Cottage offers access to the best of Perth. The space Comfortably housing up to four people, Colombo Cottage is a fully self-contained guesthouse with two bedrooms. It has a well appointed kitchen with gas hot plates, oven, microwave & large fridge/freezer. The open plan lounge, kitchen and dining leads to a private courtyard through double French doors with a timber outdoor setting perfect for relaxing during the day or evening with a cold drink. The spacious master bedroom offers views of a sparkling pool and features a king bed. The second bedroom contains a queen bed. Your heating and cooling needs are met with a reverse cycle air conditioner in both the master bedroom and living room. A pedestal fan is located in the second bedroom. All essential items are provided including a Nespresso coffee machine, BBQ, high quality linen and bedding, board games and a selection of books for your enjoyment. Guest access Colombo Cottage is a guesthouse situated at the rear of a main property. Access to the cottage is through a shared gate. Simply follow the driveway to the end, follow the path around the pool and the yellow guesthouse with French double doors will be visible. Note: The entryway leading to the master bedroom has a single half step. Other things to note Important note: Booking requests are generally accepted from guests that have completed a previous stay and received a positive review. The cottage is sanitised and cleaned to a high standard. A BBQ cleaning fee of $35 will be charged if the BBQ has not been cleaned after use.
