Hi! here are few rules for our monthly tenants! - We require you a valid ID and we will make a copy of it for both our safety. - We provide one towel per person. We'll wash it ONCE a week along with your bed linens. - We're NOT providing you tissues / toilet rolls - You pay your own electricity for your own room usage. Our host will show you how to do it upon check-in. - Please double check with us for our CAR park availability. - NO pets please! - Our rooms are all NON-SMOKING rooom. The space We are a “GUESTHOUSE” with multiple rooms inside and with different views. Please note room is according availability.
