The remaining two rooms are double sized and have built in wardrobes. The twin bedroom has doors that lead outside to a communal courtyard area that is kept well maintained. A communal pool is also present on the urbanisation. The property has air conditioning in the lounge and one bedroom. Villaricos offers both pebble and golden sand beaches, which are easily in walking distance of the property. There is a variety of seaside and village centre restaurants, bars and shops, and a weekly market for fresh produce. Seasonal boat trips, fishing and scuba diving are available together with several high-quality golf courses nearby. Other things to note 🐾 No pets are allowed at this property. 🚭 No smoking is permitted inside the villa. We welcome families, couples, and mature groups aged 28 and above.The primary guest must be at least 28 years old, and all guests must agree to our strict no-party, no-event, and no-unauthorized guest policy. Please note that all arrivals to the designated meeting point after 8.00pm are subject to a 25€ charge and a 50€ charge for arrivals after 10.00pm but before midnight. Any arrivals after midnight, with prior arrangement, can collect keys from a designated key safe at our office and be provided with instructions for entry to the property, providing the full balance of the holiday and security bond have been paid in advance. Arrivals after midnight that require a meet and greet will be subject to a 75€ charge.
