Our Inn the Barn rental is in our Authentic 1800’s Barn. Centrally located, convenient to everything. Very Unique. 400’ to public beach, swim, boating, fishing,… Walk to stores and eateries. 15-20 mins to Saratoga, Lake George & Glens Falls. 2 bathrooms makes it easier to vacation others.Throughout our renovation of this space, we used reclaimed wood from other historic buildings.The flooring is the original T-in-groove wood.The barn was built between 1860-1890. This is the top floor of our 1800’s Barn. The entrance is at the back of the barn, a staircase leads to a relaxing deck that overlooks a beautiful fenced park. ( Beautiful Sunsets viewed from here) Knotty pine covers the ceilings and walls, bringing a cozy and welcoming feeling as you enter. It’s a spacious apartment, with 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms ( 1 has a Queen bed, the other has a Full bed) and the third bedroom has 1 twin long bed and 1 twin bed. All beds are memory foam and comfortable. You’ll have exclusive, full used of this entire upper level apartment. The first floor level houses our seasonal soft ice cream/ outdoor eatery business, The Barn. ( There are NO shared areas. ) We live within a mile, so we are able to respond quickly if any issues arise. We are available 24/7 via text or phone for you to contact with any questions. We are in the center of the village, and it’s a convenient walk to groceries, parks, eateries, the river for swimming, fishing and boating. The neighborhood is safe and generally quiet. Our seasonal business does draw “crowd” on Live music nights, Wednesdays & Saturdays,June-Sept, 6p-9p, but it’s a nice hometown, family friendly gathering that ends at 9p when we close. ( the music is generally easy listening, country, folk & bluegrass. ) If you want bring a pet, you must send us a request with info about your pet BEFORE booking.
