The space The hot water is regularly warm. The area is warm and to avoid burns it is kept that way. If you need hotter water, you can notify the host and the temperature will be increased immediately. In the rainy season, it is recommended to leave the windows and doors closed as they are very large and to prevent water from entering. Sometimes it rains with wind so very little water could get in but nothing to worry about, in case you need the water to be dried, which is not usually necessary, you could notify the host and he will attend to it immediately. Zipolite is a very lively beach and you might hear some noise on weekends when opening the windows, but this is solved by closing all windows including the bathroom and doors. The bedroom windows especially have 2-centimeter-thick anti-noise glass. Disposable earplugs are also provided if needed or for greater comfort. In the rainy season, the power could fail for a few minutes, but it's not very common, as it doesn't usually go off. There are 2 entrances, one 80% paved that is regularly good all year round and the second is dirt, which could get a little tricky for cars when there are heavy rains, but it is fixed immediately as soon as the rains stop. We have STARLINK Internet, it reaches the entire apartment approximately (40-70Mbps.) in the kitchen area, windows and terrace. In the bedroom's rest area (bed) it reaches approximately 10 Mbps, this still allows you to watch videos without interruptions, As a recommendation, if you do online work such as calls, you could go to one of the areas mentioned above and you won't have any problems. If you arrive from the beach, on the entrance stairs next to the parking lot we have a hose with water so that you can rinse your feet and thus help us prevent the drain from clogging.
