Each of the 49 m2(527 square Ft) bedrooms are separated by the main living area offering complete privacy with cathedral ceilings throughout the villa. Extra-large king size beds (2mx2m), sofa/couch, safe, fan, air- conditioning for a cool ambiance as well as a large wardrobe for your belongings. Enjoy lying in bed listening and watching the soft undulation of the waves and at low tide the waves rippling onto the reef. The lovely open-air bathroom with shower and bathtub is nature at its best. As you step into the villa you are greeted with a spectacular view of a stunning pool and the aqua blue ocean the spacious living area beautifully designed with a touch of traditional Balinese's crafts. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare scrumptious meals during you stay, from a gas stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, blender cookware, pots and pans all at your disposal. Gather around the kitchen island on bar stools or the dining table with chairs. The living room features a TV, fan, air-conditioning, music play centre and two large sofa/couch 2.5m x 1.2 m which can be used as x2 extra beds (adults or children . The villa can comfortably accommodate maximum of 6 guests, the sofas can be set as extra beds - the extra charge will be automatically calculated when you select a number of guests above 4. The guests sleeping on the sofas in the living room will need to share one of the two bathrooms. Two NMAX motorbikes Yamaha 150cc, regularly service ,in excellent condition are available to hire at the villa through 'Kadek Bike Rental' for Rp 150000 per day. Also have two smaller scooters for hire at the villa for Rp 100000 per day. There is also a barbacue experience for just Rp150000 per head. Indulge in a feast featuring tender chicken, succulent tuna kebabs, sausages and prawns if available, all served with rice and a fresh salad. Guest access The Villa will be yours exclusively. The host comes in the morning to cook breakfast and for the daily clean. Other things to note BREAKFAST While our breakfast options at King fish may be simple, we assure you that each dish is made with the upmost care. We believe a good breakfast sets the tone for a great day of exploration and relaxation. We offer: Eggs: fried, boiled, scrambled, poached, omelette Toast (butter and jam) Coffee / tea. OR Continental Breakfast: Pastries from the local bakery. To be ordered from the host the day before. Breakfast till 10am. EXTRA GUEST x2 extra person only The standard rate applies for 0-4 guests. In the event that you choose to book for and extra teenager or adult, an extra charge will be included in the total price automatically. The extra sofa/ bed is in the lounge (sofa) 2.5mx1.2m. They will share the bathroom with either bedroom 1 or 2. Linen/pillows/towels will be provided for the extra guests. Kindly note that an additional charge will apply regardless of whether or not you intend to use the extra bed. If your children are unable to swim its mandatory to hire a pool fence at a cost of R200000 per day. The cost to erect and dismantle the fence is Rp600000. WIFI Our internet provider offers a speed of 10-20 Mbps, it's important to note that internet connectively on Nusa Lembongan can occasionally be slow and unstable. As we are situated on a small island, the internet speed you can expect may not be as what you would receive on the mainland of Bali. POWER CUTS It's worth noting that power cuts can occur on the island from time to time, although they are usually brief and don't exceed one hour. MONEY EXCHANGE/ATM You can exchange money at several locations on the island. While many resorts and restaurant's accept credit cards (with usually a 3% credit card surcharge fee), cash is necessary for renting a scooter/buggy, snorkelling and participating in other day trips/activities. Nusa Lembongan has limited number of ATM, s which have withdrawal limits and occasionally run out of money. It's advisable to bring cash with you to avoid any inconvenience. Please note there is no credit card facility at the villa. LAST BOAT TO LEMBONGAN Last ferry boat to Lembongan (Mushroom Bay) from Sanur is 5pm, and passengers are required to be at the boarding desk at least 30 min prior to departure (4:30pm). EARLY CHECK IN/LATE CHECK OUT We appreciate that everyone wants to maximise their time on the island, while early check in will be provide if able, this is subject to availability and whether guests are checking out the same day, the same applies to late check out. We recommend contacting us the day before your arrival for any special requests. Please note check in is 2pm and checkout 11am.
