While the Florida Room and family space are bright and set up for group meals, streaming on the 65-inch TV, and easy flow to the kitchen and pool, the game room is the spot for focused fun-arcade sessions, console play, or a quieter board-game night. It lets people spread out: one group can watch a movie or prepare dinner upstairs while others play games or tuck younger guests into the sofa bed downstairs. Your Work-From-Anywhere Setup: Dedicated workspace plus fast wifi (496 Mbps) so you can join video calls, upload large files, and work without delays. The house’s bright living areas and upper deck mean there are sunny, quiet corners for focused work between beach or pool breaks. The workspace is set up for typical remote work needs; if you need an external monitor, an ergonomic chair, or other specialized gear for long days, please bring them or message us - we can suggest local rental or pickup options. Restful Bedrooms: King Shell and King Surf bedrooms each have a side door onto the upper deck for easy outdoor access and clear rocket-launch views, plus Smart/Roku TVs so you can stream from bed. The Space Room offers a twin-over-queen bunk with an artist-painted cosmos ceiling that kids and extra guests love, and the downstairs open area includes a full sofa bed and a bed board with a privacy screen for flexible sleeping arrangements. Beds are reported by guests as clean and comfortable, and the house supplies extra towels and labeled pillows on the shelf to make settling in simple. Bathrooms & Laundry: Three bathrooms, including a fun poolside outdoor bathroom for quick changes, make moving between sand, pool and the house easy and convenient. Indoor bathrooms are available for everyday use, and past guests note that we supply toiletries and extra towels so you can pack lighter and settle in without hunting for basics. A free in-building washer, dryer and iron is available for guest use, handy for rinsing sandy beachwear or refreshing swimsuits during longer stays. Guest access Self-check-in with a smart lock makes arrivals easy, and the entire house plus the private, fenced yard and heated saltwater pool are yours to use. Parking for up to 7 cars is available via the large carport and circular driveway so groups can arrive together. The carport side (right side when facing house) is the main access to the home and how to get in, and the bedrooms have side doors onto the upper deck for outdoor access and launch viewing. Please note there are exterior security cameras on the property entrance only, maximum occupancy is nine guests, check-in is after 16:00 and checkout is before 10:00. Other things to note → Self check-in with a smartlock for flexible arrivals; use the carport side as the main entrance for easiest access. → Parking for up to 7 cars in the circular driveway and carport, handy for larger groups. → Check-in after 16:00 and checkout before 10:00; maximum 8 guests as stated in the house rules. → Stairs lead to the upper deck and the upstairs bedrooms - please plan accordingly if anyone in your group has limited mobility. → Heated saltwater pool with sunken lounges, a fountain and pool toys; the pool is open during specific hours - see the house manual for exact times and rules. → Poolside outdoor bathroom available for quick changes between the pool and beach; it’s a non-traditional setup guests often enjoy. → Exterior security cameras are on the property for guest and property safety at entrances and gates only. None on pool or interior area. → Beach and pool gear, towels and toiletries are provided so you can pack lighter and get to the sand quickly. → After booking, check the Guest Info tab and the house manual for arrival instructions, pool rules, local recommendations and launch-view tips. POOL: Pool heated at no charge from December- March, set to 85 °F 8 hours/ day; pool heats up quickly, depending on weather it may not reach desired temperature. Pool heat may be requested outside of winter months for additional fee. Note: A heated pool is not designed to feel “warm” like a bath and may still feel cool, especially in cooler weather. The heating system runs during the day, so the pool typically reaches its warmest (and set temperature) by early to mid-afternoon, depending on weather conditions. Heat may not reach desired temperatures in pool. There are no refunds for dissatisfaction with pool heat.
