Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, where the sounds of nature and fresh air are predominate. Our little cottage is located on a hill, covered in trees. From our large patio, you can enjoy the wonderful views of the mountains and clear skies. The cottage inside is very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom. Please note, certain parts outside the cottage, such as the access road, need renovation. Car is essential as nearest shops Argos 15 km away! Modern kitchen with Fridge/Freezer, dishwasher, electric stove and oven, all cutlery and cooking gear, breakfast bar and stools. Modern bathroom with shower and Bath Upstairs - two single or 1 double bed, dressing table, office desk and chair and access to open veranda with views, Air con, wardrobes. Guest access Guests have access to all the cottage, except the ground floor which is used as storage space. Guests do not share the outside are with anyone else. Other things to note Please note: - The small drive way up and certain parts outside of the cottage still need to be renovated. - There is 1 air condition unit placed in the bedroom - loft (This part of the cottage was made later using brick work). There are NO air condition units in the living room/ kitchen area. The reason is, that this part of the cottage is made of 60cm stone walls and keeps the temperature cool in the summer and warm in the winters. - Pet owners are most welcome. There is no fence area around the premises of the cottage, which means other doggies that live nearby might visit the cottage. These doggies are friendly and very well behaved and so far they have caused no problems to anyone. - Closest petrol station is in Houni about 7 km away, which also includes a cafe and small shop. - Closest town is Argos 15 km away, which it has supermarkets and all the shops that someone might need. - Cottage is placed on a hill, away from any spray of chemicals etc. The guest might see, under stones, scorpions and centipedes.
