Located 5 minutes to Blue Hill village, HollyBrook Cottage is a comfortably furnished, two bedroom, one bath house sitting well off the main road and nestled between two homes owned by family members. The space The main floor consists of the living room, dining room, kitchen, with a quiet, inviting back porch that beckons guests to sit and relax. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twins, as well as a full bath, are on the second floor. While there is no water access, the nearby ocean offers cooling breezes on hot days. Not suitable for children or pets. 45 minutes to Acadia National Park. Sunday to Sunday rentals June through mid-October. Guest access Guests will need a vehicle to get around. There is parking for two passenger vehicles beside the house. Other things to note The owners live beside the cottage along with their two friendly dogs, chickens and goats. They provide their guests as much privacy as they prefer but are also personable and happy to say hello and answer any questions about the cottage or the area. Owners prefer no children or animals.
