Burgblick vacation home

Our vacation home is located in a fantastic hillside location overlooking Nideggen Castle. The house has two bedrooms with 5 sleeping places and a sofa bed in the living room, 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen, hallway, living-dining room, a terrace in front of the house and a 90 m² roof terrace. In the living room, there is an open fireplace which can be used for a flat rate for wood and lighters Children and pets are welcome here. There are 4 parking spaces in front of the house. The space The entire house was renovated in 2022 and is also gradually being embellished. Guest access The complete house including main entrance with front terrace, the roof terrace and 1 parking space is on the driveway and belongs to the guests when rented. A 2nd-4th parking space is available but must be requested. A separate extension in the basement with entrance via the garage and parking space in front of the garage is optionally used by the landlord. Other things to note The house has an extension with a separate entrance via the garage which is used exclusively by the landlord. It may happen from time to time that the landlord is there alone or with his wife (does not make noise or use the rest of the house). The open fireplace may only be fired and used with wood provided by us (no paper or other objects). For this purpose, we will gladly provide you with wood and lighters for €15 per use. The cleaning of the oven is done later by ourselves and costs € 10. We take a deposit for the stove of €50 once in advance, but if everything is in order, it will be refunded. A Weber gas grill is also available and can be used for a flat rate of €5 for gas - use only on the front terrace - not on the roof terrace and with prior registration so that we can provide it
