Burgblick vacation home

Our vacation home is located in a fantastic hillside location overlooking Nideggen Castle. The house has two bedrooms with 5 sleeping places and a sofa bed in the living room, 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen, hallway, living-dining room, a terrace in front of the house and a 90 m² roof terrace. In the living room, there is an open fireplace which can be used for a flat rate for wood and lighters Children and pets are welcome here. There are 4 parking spaces in front of the house. The space The entire house was renovated in 2022 and is also gradually being embellished. Guest access The complete house including main entrance with front terrace, the roof terrace and 1 parking space is on the driveway and belongs to the guests when rented. A 2nd-4th parking space is available but must be requested. A separate extension in the basement with entrance via the garage and parking space in front of the garage is optionally used by the landlord. Other things to note The property has an annex with a separate entrance via the garage, which is used exclusively by the landlord. From time to time, the landlord may be there alone or with his wife (they will not make any noise or use the rest of the house). The open fireplace may only be lit and used with the wood provided by us (no paper or other items). For this, we are happy to provide you with wood and lighters for €15.00 per use. The cleaning of the oven takes place later by ourselves and costs €10. A Weber gas barbecue is also available and can be rented for a flat fee of €15, including gas and subsequent cleaning. for cleaning purposes – however, it may only be used on the front terrace, not on the roof terrace, and only with prior notification so that we can make it available.
