We’re right across from the Mayo Clinic Downtown Campus and just four blocks from St. Mary’s Hospital—perfect for Mayo patients, visitors, or staff. This main-floor, two-bedroom unit features WiFi, FuboTV, a smart lock, and free use of a washer and dryer. Free parking is included, with space for a camper if arranged in advance. The area is quiet, safe, and mostly home to medical professionals. We’d love to host you! The space This is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom unit located on the main floor of a duplex. The property features a yard with outdoor seating and a barbecue grill for your enjoyment. Guest access This unit has two entrances. The main entrance, shown in the photos, is accessed via a few steps and leads through the front porch. The second entrance is a shortcut from the parking area through the backyard—entering from the west-side backyard door requires just one step. All doors share the same keypad code, which is the last four digits of the guest’s phone number. Guests are welcome to use whichever entrance is most convenient. Other things to note The closest entrance to the Mayo Clinic Downtown Campus is the Baldwin Building, which provides access to other facilities—including the Hilton, Mayo, Gonda, Charlton, and Eisenberg Buildings—via the Mayo subway system. For Mayo Clinic employees, the nearest staff-only entrance is at the Opus and Kellen Buildings, located diagonally across the street and accessible with an employee badge.
