(Therefore less suitable for families with children under 16) The space This house, on a small private co-propriété (with communal large pool) is located in a unique spot on the Côte d'Azur: on the Gorges du Loup, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and with the mountains of the Alpes Maritimes in the back, a true paradise and an oasis of calm! (Not suitable for children < 16 years) From the terrace here you can enjoy the beautiful view over the valley. Nothing disturbs the view. The house is located in a small copropriété with 12 houses and large communal swimming pool (20m x 7) in a large park garden. One comes here for peace and to enjoy the beautiful surroundings... (We also explicitly ask our guests to respect the peace and quiet on the domain). The village of Tourrettes-sur-Loup is at 4 km; a very nice bastide village with restaurants, good bakery, butcher and small supermarket. At 7 km you have the slightly larger Vence with its historic centre and cosy atmosphere. In the communal garden there is a petanque field and a large swimming pool (20m by 8 with a depth of 1m to 2.20m). The house has a small private garden where you can relax in peace and quiet and a lovely terrace with a beautiful view of the valley and the sea in the distance. From the terrace you can also see the mountain les Courmettes where you can take a nice walk: from the top you can see the entire coastline from Nice to Cannes. On the terrace there is a dining table under an awning. There is also a lounge area where you can enjoy an aperitif or a coffee. On the terrace there are also 4 sunbeds and a parasol. There is a charcoal barbecue and also a grill on site. (Note: behind the terrace there is a height difference to a natural stone staircase leading to the basement, can be dangerous for little children). There are 4 additional folding poolside sunbeds. On the ground floor there is a living room with a large dining table and sitting area by an open fireplace. There is also a TV (with chromecast + Telenet App). There is a small open kitchen with all comforts: dishwasher, induction hob (5 burners), oven, microwave oven, American fridge and all necessary cooking utensils. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the house. The rooms are comfortably furnished with box-spring beds. - 1 room with double bed (1.80 m) with small bathroom with washbasin and bath with shower wall. Upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms: - 1 room with double bed (box spring of 1.80) with a balcony with nice view - 1 room with 2 single beds (1 x 90 cm) For both rooms there is a separate bathroom with bath with shower wall and separate toilet.
